Medical Exam
Not all our weight gain is due to overeating, some of the excess weight could be the result of hormonal imbalances due to certain tumors or other illnesses. Other health issues such as fluid retention could cause you to gain excess amounts of weight in short period of time, this could be due to certain heart, liver or kidney conditions that will need to be addressed at your Doctors Examination.
Medication Adjustments
As you start our Weight Loss Program you will start to lose weight and certain medications will be recommended to you, they will need to be adjusted throughout the program or advised to stop taking since they will not be needed.
Body Fat & Metabolism Analysis
We use current state of the art software and equipment to analyze your current body fat content and based on that data we use medical equations and are able to calculate what your daily allowed calorie intake should be. This information will allow us to tailor-make your Weight Loss Program Plan specifically for you.
Diet Log Analysis
Our Weight Loss Program coordinator will review your weekly food log and then help you adjust your plan for each of your daily meals. These weekly adjustments will help you stay within your required calorie budget but still have a healthy and tasty portion of the diet left to keep you adherent to the plan for long term results without you being burnt out.
Weight Loss Tools
We will introduce you to current applications and tools that are relatively easy to use on your own to help you keep track of your calorie counting on a daily basis. Allowing you to keep track of your remaining daily calorie intake and calories burnt with exercise, these tools will help you accomplish your weight loss goals along with our education videos.
